This is a reality that all asylum seekers may face, so if this happens to you, do not despair and do not forget that there are regularization alternatives to suspend the effects of this denial:
- Appeal for Reposition: It is presented before the same body that issued the resolution (1 month from the notification to request it). With precautionary measures that allow you to remain in the country and also continue working.
- Depending on how long you have been in Spain, it could be considered to apply for a residence as a Arraigo Laboral, Social, Training, Family or other type of residence in which you have some kind of European link.
The time starts to run from the moment you are notified of the denial of asylum.
