If you have Spanish nationality you can NOT pass it on to your parents or your spouse (husband or wife).
What you will be able to give them is a LEGAL RESIDENCE, and thanks to that residence they will be able to apply for the Spanish nationality by Residence:
- In the case of spouses of Spaniards, once they have been legally resident in Spain for one year, they may apply for Spanish nationality.
- In the case of the parents, they must wait the legal term that corresponds to their nationality (if they are Venezuelan or of any other Latin American nationality with only TWO YEARS of legal residence they can apply for nationality).
