If you are a non-EU citizen (without European nationality), OR you do NOT have a legal residence in Spain and you want to study here for more than 90 days, you must apply for a STUDY VISA!
This visa/stay can be managed in two ways:
- From your country of legal residence, at the Spanish consulate.
o - In Spanish territory within the tourist period.
In addition, this visa gives you the option to apply for a work authorization by fulfilling the required conditions and to bring your family members with you.
Once you have finished your studies in Spain, there are several alternatives to access a residence:
- RESIDENCE FOR THE STUDENT TO LOOK FOR A JOB OR TO START A BUSINESS PROJECT.
- RESIDENCE FOR INTERNSHIPS.
- RESIDENCE FOR HIGHLY QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL.
- RESIDENCE FOR EMPLOYMENT OR SELF-EMPLOYMENT.
