All nationals of a country -IBERO-AMERICAN- which are those states that have Spanish or Portuguese as their official language, so you can apply for Spanish nationality TWO YEARS after being a legal resident in Spain and a national of one of these countries:

Andorra, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Uruguay, Venezuela, Philippines and Equatorial Guinea.
