Reform of the immigration regulations and their entry into force

The reform has been approved, so it is important to consider these details:

♦️Este new regulation becomes effective on 08/16/2022.

♦️Las applications submitted PRIOR to the entry into force of this reform will be processed and resolved in accordance with the regulations in force on the date of their submission. Except when the application of the provisions of the Regulation is requested.

♦️Se has modified the immigration regulations, NOT THE LAW.

♦️La Asylum and Refugee Law has not been modified, so its procedure remains the same.

♦️Su applies to everyone, who is already in Spain and who is about to come, as long as their situation falls within those provided for in the regulations.
