WORKERS' RIGHTS
There are many workers who are unaware of certain rights to which they are entitled (apart from those established in Article 4 of the Workers' Statute).
So, I leave you some of these rights:
- Request an advance from your payroll.
- Enjoy a moving day.
- Paid training leave.
- Suspend sick leave.
- Thirty days of vacation.
- Claim interest for late payment of payroll.
- Not to be discriminated against directly or indirectly.
- To the timely receipt of the agreed remuneration.
Watch out!!! Do not allow your rights to be violated because you are a migrant, we also comply with our labor obligation, but you should know that you can claim your rights before the Social Courts or before the Labor and Social Security Inspection.
