Rooting in the labor market for the self-employed

This is another of the exceptional residences that exist in Spain Do you know it?

I would like to tell you that in order to qualify for the Labor Roots you will be able to do so by demonstrating:

1. That you are a foreigner in situation irregularin Spanish territory, at the time of request the residence.
2. That you have worked or have been self-employed for a minimum of six months and can prove it.
3. That you have had a stay uninterrupted in the country of two years.

4. You worked six months as a full-time employee or one year as a part-time employee or were self-employed for six continuous months.

5. You do not have a criminal record and you have been in Spain for two years.

Therefore, if you are in an irregular situation either because:

• Your residency expired and you were unable to renew it.
• Your asylum application was denied
• Or you have not been regularized to date.
