- That you are a foreigner in situation irregularin Spanish territory, at the time of request the residence.
- That you have worked or have been self-employed for a minimum of six months and can prove it.
- That you have had a stay uninterrupted in the country of two years.
You worked six months as a full-time employee or one year as a part-time employee or were self-employed for six continuous months.
You do not have a criminal record and you have been in Spain for two years.
Therefore, if you are in an irregular situation either because:
- Your residency expired and you were unable to renew it.
- Your asylum application was denied
- Or you have not been regularized to date.
