What is LEGAL Residency?
It is granted to foreigners who are in Spain and are holders of an AUTHORIZATION to reside.

How much residency time do you need?
♦️TEN YEARS: in most cases, and may be reduced to:
♦️TWO YEARS: for nationals of Ibero-American countries (such as Venezuela), Andorra, the Philippines, Equatorial Guinea, Portugal or persons of Sephardic origin
♦️ONE YEAR:
-For those who were born in Spanish territory (and have LEGAL RESIDENCE).
