The first thing you should do is calm down (I know it is a distressing situation) and evaluate your alternatives, some of them are:
- Appeal for reconsideration: filed before the same body that issued the decision, (1 month to request it) or
- Appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction (2 months to request it).
In parallel, you should consider applying for a residence as Arraigo Laboral or Arraigo Social. However, if you are working and you want to keep that option, you will have to file the appeal and then apply for the residence that corresponds to you.
So, now you know, if you are in this situation, do not waste time, because the deadlines for appeals begin to count from the moment you are notified of the denial of asylum, and remember, everything has a solution ☺️
